Private check-ins and notes are not automatically shared with supervisors. A support request goes to your primary administrator and the authorized contacts you choose, and may be forwarded to appropriate peer support, counseling, or other support providers as disclosed before submission.
Individual check-ins and support requests are retained for 180 days. Access to identifiable support requests is logged. CrewPulse is an employee-support tool, not a medical assessment or emergency service.
