Use AI to help build your course

Create an editable draft and review it before publishing.

QUICK ANSWER

Use the course builder’s AI controls to draft content from your instructions or a supported document. Review every generated lesson and quiz before inserting or publishing it.

Before you begin

Create an editable draft and review it before publishing. You need the relevant administrator permission. Available controls depend on your role and organization settings.

Step by step

  1. Open the course creation page or an existing course builder and select the available AI assistance action.
  2. Describe the topic, audience, desired outcome, and relevant context. For example, ask for Workplace Safety Basics for new starters.
  3. If using a document, follow the displayed file-type and size limits. Use readable text and content you are permitted to share.
  4. Review the suggested outline, lessons, quiz answers, and certificate settings. Insert, revise, regenerate, or discard the draft as needed.
  5. Save the course and publish only after a qualified person has checked its accuracy and suitability.

Common questions and troubleshooting

  • AI availability depends on the organization’s subscription, configuration, and usage limits. You can continue editing manually.
  • If document extraction fails, try a supported file with selectable text instead of a scan.
  • Do not submit confidential employee details unless your organization permits that use.
