CrewSteps is a product of Norka Enterprises Inc, doing business as Norka Consulting, Akron, Ohio. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.
For information about platform providers and customer processing requirements, visit the Trust Center. This policy describes information handling on crewsteps.com and in related trial, pricing, integration, and support enquiries. If you activate a service that handles employee or account data beyond these website enquiries, its additional privacy information and applicable service agreement will describe that processing.
2. Information you provide
- Contact and company details: your name, email address, company name, and requested number of seats.
- Enquiry details: your interest in a trial, plan, or integration, optional messages, and follow-up information you choose to provide.
- Request records: a submission identifier, submission time, and a record of your agreement to storage and contact about the request.
The public website does not create employee accounts, accept employee-document uploads, or collect payment-card details. Avoid putting sensitive employee information, passwords, financial credentials, or other unnecessary confidential material in the message field.
3. Technical information, cookies, and fonts
Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request URLs, and access logs to deliver and protect the website. To limit form abuse, the form service records a hashed representation of your IP address and recent request times. A hash is a security measure, not a guarantee of anonymity.
The public marketing website and employer signup flow use Google Ads to measure public visits and completed trials. Google Ads measurement starts on for US visitors unless they opt out. Outside the US, or when location is unavailable, it stays off until allowed. Saved opt-outs, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track take priority. When measurement is off, no advertising tag or cookieless advertising ping is sent. Cookie settings shares your choice across crewsteps.com and app.crewsteps.com and saves opt-outs to a signed-in account. Google may receive online identifiers, IP address, browser information, public campaign URLs and a random conversion receipt ID. Remarketing, Google signals and enhanced conversions are disabled. Meta and Google Analytics are not currently configured. Advertising tags are excluded from authenticated app screens and sensitive workflows. We do not send signup form contents, passwords, employee, patient, document or message information. Campaign parameters can accompany signup and its internal notification; optional campaign storage follows your measurement settings. See the Cookie Policy for the verified storage inventory.
Website fonts are hosted directly by CrewSteps. Visiting these public pages no longer requires a Google Fonts request. Normal browser caching may retain public website assets. See our Cookie Policy and cookie settings to manage measurement and learn about necessary app storage.
4. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a suitable plan or trial, understand integration requirements, provide support, and maintain relevant service records. We use technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot failures, and prevent abuse.
Submitting a request is not an opt-in to unrelated marketing. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures of online identifiers and browsing or conversion information may qualify as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law. You can opt out through Cookie settings, including applicable account-level choices, without affecting access to the service.
6. Retention and security
We retain enquiry and support records while needed to respond, administer related services, resolve outstanding matters, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed; some records may need to be retained for lawful purposes.
Form submissions are stored outside the public website directory and are not published on the site. Access is restricted through the hosting account and file permissions. Public form submission requires an HTTPS connection. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Do not submit confidential employee records through the website’s general enquiry form. Contact us if you believe information has been accessed or disclosed without authorization.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your enquiry, or to ask us to stop further contact about it. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant regulator.
Send requests to info@crewsteps.com or (877) 720-5580. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request.
If your organization later provides your information through an activated CrewSteps service, your employer or organization may control that information. Contact that organization about its workplace-data practices; we can help direct your request where appropriate.
8. Children’s information
The public website and its enquiry forms are intended for business decision-makers and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through these forms. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or services change. The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be described on this page, with any additional notice required by law.
