Troubleshoot loading, saving, uploads, and missing pages

Try practical checks before contacting support.

QUICK ANSWER

Check your connection, current organization, required fields, and access first. Save a copy of unsaved text before refreshing, then retry once and record any error that remains.

Before you begin

Try practical checks before contacting support. Sign in to the organization that assigned your work. Available pages depend on your role and onboarding status.

Step by step

  1. Confirm your internet connection and that you are using the intended organization and account.
  2. Read the full error message. Check required fields, file formats, size limits, and whether the item is still available.
  3. Keep a private copy of unsaved text before refreshing. Reopen the page in an up-to-date browser or restart the app if appropriate.
  4. Retry once after correcting the issue. For payments, sent messages, or submissions, check whether the first attempt succeeded before repeating it.
  5. If the issue continues, note the page, time, device, browser or app version, and exact error for support.

Common questions and troubleshooting

  • Access denied is often a permission, audience, or onboarding restriction. A different browser does not grant access.
  • Missing assignments should be checked by your administrator before a duplicate record is created.
  • Remove confidential employee information from screenshots and never include passwords, verification codes, or full card numbers.

Still stuck?

Ask your administrator about company requirements. For product help, see your support options. Include the page and error message, with personal details removed.
